After completing a paracord bracelet, there is usually some amount of leftover paracord. One of the best ways to utilize these scrap pieces is to tie them into a zipper pull or a small key fob. A zipper pull is really a lot like a key fob, only with a shorter loop at the one end.
To make either one of these items, simply fold the scrap length in half, making a loop. Then a few inches (or so) from the loop end, begin tying cobra knots over the two core cords, and towards the loop end. If the length of scrap is more than a foot, you can make the loop longer and end up with a nice key fob. If the scrap is a foot long, or slightly less, you will not be able to make the loop very long, and this will result in a nice little zipper pull.
If you end up with two pieces of scrap that are fairly short; you can make a loop with one piece and then use the other piece to tie a few cobra knots at the other end of the loop.
Either way you will have incorporated your scrap ends into something useful, and these little items make nice gifts as well.
